For the most successful OUTREACH event, all detailed and FINAL event information MUST be turned in at least 8 WEEKS before the event. If you are responsible for a ministry event, please complete this form and hit send.

For in-house events/activities generally speaking at least a 4 week notice will be sufficient.

Events requiring this form include weddings, funerals, OUTREACH EVENTS such as Old Home Day, our Annual Christmas Program, or any other event outside of normal operating hours.
