Our Giving Philosophy
God provides for the ministry of our church through your tithes and offerings, and your gifts are honored with faithful stewardship, ethical business practices, and accountability to our lead team.
Giving of our living is one of the purest forms of worship. It has a wonderful way of helping to reset our priorities and reminding ourselves who is on the throne of our hearts.
Our goal for Emmanuel is 100% participation in giving to the ministry of God. That might mean being lavishly generous or simply sacrificial — like sacrificing a fast food meal once a week and giving that cost to the Lord through His church. What you give should be decided between you and God; we sincerely ask that you give in some way from a worshipful heart.
Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.
